How many guests are allowed?
C&D Place is suitable for two to four guests. The maximum occupancy is four.
Does submitting an inquiry reserve the dates?
No. An inquiry does not reserve or confirm dates, and availability may change before the reservation-fee step is completed and we confirm it.
How is a reservation confirmed?
The ₱500 reservation fee is paid outside the website. We manually verify it and mark it Paid; that Host action confirms and activates the reservation.
What time are check-in and checkout?
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM. Standard checkout is 12:00 noon, and Guests should pack up before then.
Can I request early check-in or late checkout?
Both depend on availability and Host approval. Early check-in is ₱150 per hour; late checkout is ₱200 per hour.
Is parking available, and is it included?
Condominium-managed parking is available but is not included in the room rate. It costs ₱60 per entry Monday through Thursday and ₱80 per entry Friday through Sunday and holidays.
Is pool access available?
Pool access is free. The pool is closed every Monday and Thursday for general cleaning.
Is WiFi available?
Unlimited WiFi is listed as an amenity. Connectivity can still be affected by service interruptions outside the Host's control.
Is cooking allowed?
Light cooking is allowed using the refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, and induction cooker. Please clean as you go.
Are smoking or pets allowed?
No. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
Can we use videoke?
Videoke is available, but volume must remain minimal. Avoid excessive noise, especially after 10:00 PM.
How should garbage be handled?
Do not leave garbage outside the unit or in the hallway. Please clean as you go.
What happens if an item is damaged?
Guests are responsible for damaged or broken items.
