Information covered
Current booking information may include the lead Guest's name, contact details, requested dates, Guest count, registered Guest names, reservation status, and necessary operational notes. Additional information categories are not approved by this scaffold.
Reservation-management purposes
Booking information is intended to support inquiries, reservation management, Guest communication, stay preparation, building registration, and approved post-stay responsibilities.
Condominium-administration disclosure
For building registration, we currently submit the full names of registered Guests and one primary contact number to the condominium administration. This scaffold does not expand that disclosure.
The lead Guest must be authorized to provide accompanying Guests' names for booking and building-registration purposes.
Marketing communications
Booking acknowledgment does not enroll a Guest in marketing. Any future newsletter, offer, or promotional message requires separate optional consent.
Retention, requests, and security
Final retention periods, correction and deletion procedures, other Guest-rights processes, and detailed security practices still require approved policy decisions. No specific legal promise is created here.
